OHP Legacy Vault™ continuity service

Your intention, carried with care.

OHP Legacy Wishes records how you presently hope an heirloom and its story may continue—without pretending that a private wish replaces a will, trust, court grant or legal transfer.

Four pathways

A place for today’s intention, and tomorrow’s change.

Choose the pathway that reflects your present thinking. A later change creates a new version so the continuity record is not silently rewritten.

01

Family

Record a possible family Next Guardian and why this heirloom may matter to them.

02

Chosen person

Record a personally meaningful person outside the family without granting present access or ownership.

03

Charitable

Express a future charitable intention, subject to OHP’s legal, charity-acceptance and launch controls.

04

Future

Preserve the heirloom story now and leave the eventual destination undecided until a later version.

A controlled record, not a one-click handover.

  1. 1Draft
  2. 2Save version
  3. 3Seal
  4. 4Reconfirm
  5. 5Review authority
  6. 6Release or withdraw
  7. 7Preserve history

Built around safeguards

The Wish guides the review. It never bypasses it.

OHP separates a member’s expression of intention from the legal and operational authority required to release records or transfer an heirloom.

Encrypted content

Private contacts, reasons and release instructions are encrypted before database storage.

Version history

A new draft or saved record becomes a new version; prior sealed history is retained.

Password-confirmed sealing

Sealing and reconfirmation require the signed-in member’s current account password.

Metadata-only staff view

Routine staff screens show status and identifiers, not the private Wish narrative.

Restricted succession case

Identity, authority, conflicts and evidence are reviewed before a handover can be approved.

Legal hold

An active dispute or succession review can freeze edits, release and transfer until resolved.

Guardian Chapters

A verified transfer opens a new keeper chapter while the previous chapter remains attributable.

Provenance and audit

Important decisions are recorded through provenance events and a tamper-evident audit chain.

No NRIC authentication

Do not enter NRIC or FIN numbers. OHP will not use them as passwords or routine account authentication.

Important: “Next Guardian” is an OHP experience term—not legal beneficiary, executor, administrator, trustee or current owner. Members should obtain independent Singapore legal advice for wills, trusts and estate planning.

Preservation promise

Membership may pause. Saved memories remain.

When Active Membership ends, existing records move into Preservation Mode and remain privately viewable. New editing, uploads and active services pause; the family’s saved history is not erased or held hostage.

Sealed Wish versions remain in their integrity history unless a lawful retention, correction or erasure process requires a different outcome.

Controlled launch

Learn first. Record only when ready.

The secure module is installed behind an administrator gate. OHP should enable customer use only after the customer terms, succession procedure and privacy wording have been reviewed.

OHP Legacy Vault™ continuity service

Record who may carry the story forward.

OHP Legacy Wishes helps a member document a family, chosen-person, charitable or future pathway for each heirloom. It preserves intention and context; it does not replace a will, estate plan, executor, administrator, trustee or court grant.

01

Family

Name a possible Next Guardian and an alternate, with the meaning you hope will travel with the piece.

02

Chosen person

Record a trusted person beyond direct descendants without granting them present access or legal title.

03

Charitable

Express a charitable intention, subject to legal authority, charity acceptance and OHP's launch controls.

04

Future

Preserve the story now and decide the eventual pathway later through a new version.

Important: “Next Guardian” is an OHP experience term. It does not mean legal beneficiary, executor, administrator, trustee or current owner. OHP never releases or transfers an heirloom merely because someone is named in a Wish.

Controlled launch: the service is installed but remains unavailable until OHP records lawyer-reviewed terms and enables the launch gate.
